About Change Future Uganda
Welcome to the official platform of Change Future Uganda (CFU). Established in 2021 and guided by a comprehensive constitution, CFU is a Community-Based Organization operating in the West Nile Sub-Region, with a core focus on empowering vulnerable youths and child mothers through life skills training, psychosocial support, and sustainable livelihood initiatives.

CFU is committed to restoring hope and fostering self-reliance among marginalized communities in Yumbe District and beyond. Our constitution outlines our governance structure, membership guidelines, and program priorities, ensuring transparency, inclusivity, and accountability in all our operations.

Our Governance
CFU is steered by a Board of Directors composed of dedicated leaders who uphold our constitution and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives. The Board provides guidance on program design, financial management, and compliance with Ugandan regulatory frameworks.
Funding and Support
Our initiatives are supported through contributions from members, grants from development partners, and donations from individuals and institutions committed to community empowerment. All funding and resource allocation are governed by clear procedures defined in our constitution.
