Daniel Hassan
Chairperson & Chief Executive Director
Daniel provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization. He chairs all Board meetings, oversees the development of policy guidelines, and represents CFU in engagements with stakeholders and donors. He also supervises teams, budgets, and service delivery.
Roles:
- Chairs all Board meetings
- Provides policy direction per the constitution
- Represents CFU to stakeholders
- Supervises project staff and monitors project success
- Communicates with donors and external parties
AJobe Rahuman
Secretary
AJobe ensures smooth Board operations by keeping accurate records, minutes, and supporting all office bearers. He reminds members of actions and ensures board documentation is current.
Roles:
- Supports office bearers administratively
- Takes and archives minutes
- Tracks and reminds actions to be taken

Modi Frezer
Human Resource
Modi oversees HR policies, staff recruitment, performance, and welfare. He supports professional development and promotes a healthy work environment.
Victor Asiku Yada
Treasurer
Victor manages financial records, accounting procedures, and prepares financial reports for the Board. He also ensures that finances are audited and bank accounts managed properly.

- Maintains accurate accounting records
- Handles bank operations for the organization
- Prepares financial statements and ensures audits
Asiku James
Project Officer
Asiku manages project planning and ensures effective implementation and reporting. He liaises with community partners and tracks impact.
Alioni Phliam
Project Officer
Alioni coordinates project timelines, monitors progress, and supports teams in delivering impactful results for target communities.
Election of Officers
Officers are elected at the first Board Meeting of each year. They serve until the first meeting of the following year.
